Private or small group yoga sessions are available by appointment only. The focus is on power yoga and is suitable for all levels - from the newcomer to those looking for a serious and challenging workout. Classes can also be done in a heated environment.

Chiropractic and acupuncture treatments are by appointment in Belgian Gardens.

Wellness coaching is ideal for those looking for health solutions regarding fitness, weight loss, stress management, increased energy, improved sleeping, and general improvement of health. Dr. Kimberly Richter is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, has studied yoga and is a Level 1 Wellness Coach. She is passionate about health and committed to getting her clients as healthy as possible.
